NEW WEBMAIL SERVER
OLD WEBMAIL SERVER
We have upgraded our mail server infrastructure and webmail interface. Customers who use a mail client like Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora etc. will experience a seamless transition and will not need to make any changes to their settings. Mail is already flowing through the new system.
However, please login here to check if there is any mail left over on the old server during the brief transition which took place Sunday 8/20. If you want to DOWNLOAD any of that mail into your email client (Outlook, etc.), you may temporarily change your INCOMING SERVER SETTINGS from pop3.nyli.com to 66.11.129.221. After you make the change, do a full send/receive, and all mail remaining on the old server will be downloaded to your email client. You will only need to do this once, as no mail mail will be flowing through to that server. When complete, don't forget to set the INCOMING SERVER SETTING back to pop3.nyli.com.
Customers who use NYLI's webmail system will find a new interface with a host of new features. The login screen for the new webmail can be found by returning to this page or bookmarking http://webmail.nyli.com. In addition, for the next 2 weeks, the old mail system may still be accessed by clicking here.
If you use NYLI's webmail exclusively as your email client and need data from the old system ported over to the new system, please contact NYLI during normal business hours or email info@(nyli).com (remove parenthesis for correct email address) to request assistance.
